Just needed a room for 1 night so decided to risk the situation here, Regretted it from the moment I walked in. I paid extra for the king suite, I understand it's not a high end luxory hotel but gosh damn. I walked in and the room smelled strongly of chemicals. The ac was barely blowing, I removed the ac filters and they were filthy and almost plugged up. The pillows on the bed were tiny little square cubes that were extremely uncomfortable and odd. The bathroom floor is literally rotting out and falling down, the tile floor is actually breaking due to the sunken floor. The bathroom counter top is falling apart and separating as well as the bathroom sink is partially plugged and backs up water. The shower gets warm at best but never got hot enough to enjoy amd relax after a long day. I have photos to back up every one of my complaints! I hate leaving negative reviews but damnit I decided to not go to Hampton inn or holiday inn just up the road instead came here and might as well just threw the 120 bucks out a window or in the trash because this was a waste of my money.

Great hotel and staff was very professional. The guest in front of us was having a slight inconvenience and was holding up the line. But the staff made sure we were taken care of. Great customer service conducted very well.

Everyone was super friendly and the hotel room was clean and spacious.

The hotel staff was awesome. Helpful, informative and very polite. We loved the pool- the waterfall was really cool and the jacuzzi was much needed after a long drive from Austin. The breakfast options were great. The staff even allowed me to still make a plate after showing up a little after 9 which I was extremely thankful for. The room was okay. The beds were small and rickety. The room was fairly clean but there were some stains on the sheets and a bit of mold in the shower. The worse part was when someone somehow mistakingly opened our locked door waking us up at around 4 am. They immediately slammed the door the shut after they realized we were in there but it was definitely uncomfortable and alarming. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the night as a pit stop on our drive from Austin to San Diego.
